I gotta decline this one guys.

Hankins and Rhodes are average players.  1st round pick is always valuable, I see it as a mid-round or mid to later round most likely.

For Rodgers it's gotta be a lot more.

Updated trade.
Packers receive Hankins, Rhodes, 1st rounder, plus josh freeman. He has 97 thp and is an 89 overall.
Giants receive Rodgers.

This has to be good now

it doesn't HAVE to be good now.

I gotta check when Freeman was acquired.  TC did you acquire him last season or this season?

and can you even trade injured players in the game?

or did you get him in FA?

I will reluctantly approve.

It's close enough with Freeman coming back in the deal.

Man i dunno about this one......I'd say Rodgers is probably the best overall QB in madden. He is very mobile, accurate, and has a cannon. Freeman has a cannon too, but is less mobile and accurate (not a bad QB tho in madden). Rodgers is a once in a lifetime player, a true franchise guy. This trade would decimate the Packers in its current state. It's close tho. I just don't see the value for the Packers....I mean what is he getting in return for such a dynamic QB? Hankins, the average DT build up project? Kerry Rhoades, the one foot out the door aging FS? The first round pick, which if it is a mid to late round pick will not yield a superstar (maybe a good role player at the most)?

The only thing that looks good to me for the packers is Freeman I guess.....and he wasn't even in the deal at first which to me is really messed up. I don't know. I reserve my vote for the time being and I'll continue to look closer at this deal.

Declined. Rodgers would cost the Packers 28 million in the form of a cap hit. Packers owner was not aware. He has informed me he does not want to trade Rodgers.

Ok as it turns out Rodgers make a crap ton in salary, so the hit is not that bad.......Giants add another 2nd. I approve.
