Lamar Miller is tearing MEFL up
M25-2016 Week 9 News Center B1viki68Lamar Miller Tops MVP Votes
Minnesota is only 1 of 2 unbeaten teams left in MEFL.  To add onto the good vibes is the fact that newcomer RB Lamar Miller is leading the league in MVP votes as we open it up.  Miller is just on a ridiculous pace right now as he's compiled 17 TD's and 1,434 yards on 212 carries.  That's 6.8 per clip.  The 8-0 Vikings will have tough task though the rest of the way as they look to fight off the 6-2 Bears in the NFC Norris division.

ZzLonestarzZ and the Bucs is that other unbeaten team in MEFL.  At 8-0, they sit #1 in the MEFL Power Rankings, and 4.5 games ahead of the trailing Carolina Panthers in the South.  2nd year QB Bolajii Olamfortone (yes, say that 10 times fast) beat out Mike Glennon during the preseason and is now fully entrenched as the franchise QB in Tampa Bay.  He's playing smart and managing the game with a 17/9 TD/INT ratio and 2,272 yards on the season.

Geno Smith found Hawkins early and often against Pitt

In what was possibly the best game of Week 8, J_Bell12 and the Bengals knocked off returning stud Skyywalker_OG and the Pittsburgh Steelers, 24-21.  2 time MEFL Champion QB Geno Smith played marvelous.  He threw 3 TD's and a ridiculous 420 yards on the day.  Neither team could get their run game going in this one as the QB's dueled it out.  WR Lavelle Hawkins hauled in 7 for 166 and a TD.  The win moves Cincy to 6-1 and 3 games up on the Ravens and Browns.
