    I'm fatigued Empty I'm fatigued

    Post by titanbrian

This topic was brought up by sl1icks1lverman in chat, and I thought it was a reasonable idea.

If we turn up the fatigue slider, I think it would effect two areas, first the coaches would have to be more careful using one player all game. The player would get red faster and have less stamina, and more susceptible to injury. This would force people to use more depth at positions.
Secondly, my team as an example, Clowney has awesome ratings as a first pick in the draft, but he comes with low stamina to lessen his usefulness. The way the game is now I can sub him in all formations the whole game without issue. This gives me an unfair advantage.

Has anyone tried raising fatigue? Somebody heard of negative issues with doing so? I found little on the net that supports one way or another. Any input is welcome.

Remember the beginning of M25?  I has fatigue turned up and it actually forced guys to sub realistically.

BUT, I received so many complaints from idiots who oppose change ....so we kept it around 55 or 60 the rest of the year.

You don't have to sell me. If it was up to me, we would have pretty nice adustements right now.  But frankly it's not worth dealing with the pushback from guys.  The fact is they look to blame things on losing if settings are not stock.

Wait that's why fatigue's not working much?

It seems it only affects- guys who immediately play offense following a special teams return / guys who play defense following special teams coverage.

players who are targeted/used multiple plays in a row [rb's more times in a series but even they don't get a lot like they used to]

    everyone when hurry-up is called.

It seems to make depth matter a little less. I'm cool with it either way but it does seem a little weird that they basically don't need to be touched.

We can take a vote and try it for a game or two

I have noticed fatigue when it comes to fumbles and injuries.

I'm not in favour of raising fatigue. We already have WAY less plays then a real NFL game. Why would we want our stars and fun players to play even less?

I think it could use a slight raise too...
