Draft pick swapping!
Redskins send their 3rd and 4th round picks this year [2014] to the Chargers for their 2015 2nd round pick.
Redskins picks are #72 and #104. [The Redskins would've held #8 draft position if they had a 1st, these are higher than mid-round 3rd/4th round picks]
Washington effectively takes self out of the draft unless there are some other plans, but gets a heavier presence in the 2015 draft with their own 1st, 2 2nd round picks, and potentially an extra 3rd round pick if Ferguson's conditions are met. San Diego gets extra picks in this draft as they desired.
