Every game between the 49ers and the Seahawks is epic, and this past week proved that once again.  The 49ers escape with a 17-13 win in San Francisco.  QB Colin Kaepernick did just enough to get the offense by, with over 200 yards passing and a TD through the air.  But where the X-factor laid was his legs as he ran for a 55 yard TD.

The Green Bay Packers playoff hopes just took a major hit.  They lost to Otis51 and the Falcons, 23-17 this past week in Lambeau.  With the Skins losing, the Pack had a chance to take a commanding 2 game lead for that final NFC Wild Card spot.  But now with both the Skins and Pack losing, it's still only a 1 game lead with 4 to play.  Falcons QB Matt Ryan led his team once again as he connected with 7 different Falcon targets on the day.

While the Vikings showed up in St. Louis this past weekend, the Home Rams did not.  Minnesota pitched a shutout on the road against a talented Rams team, 24-0.  The Rams were limited to an incredible 137 yards of total offense on the day.  Safety Harrison Smith had 8 solo tackles and the team combined for 5 sacks.  The Vikings are currently 4th in the league in total defense, including ranking 5th respectively against the run and pass.
