The Vikings have already clinched the NFC North crown for the 2nd straight season and are locked into the #3 or #4 seed, but the Colts are in "due or die" territory.  They are currently battling with the Dolphins (10-4-1) and Chargers (10-5) for 2 AFC Wild Card Spots.  In addition to the Wild Card, if they win this game and the Titans lose to the Jags in Jacksonville, then Andrew Luck and the Colts will take the AFC South division.
