Offense- Run first offense spearheaded by Jennings, will run between the tackles but seems to prefer bouncing it outside when possible. That run style lends itself to making some stops in the backfield if your dline can get penetration. Not afraid to go through the air for change of pace and long yardage downs. Overall fairly conservative this gm but thats likely due to the lead he built.
Defense- Majority of plays on D seem to come from zone looks with some well timed blitzs mixed in. Attacking the zone in the middle of the field yielded best results. Running the ball also seems a good plan of attack as Alfred was able to gain some positive yardage up the gut.
Overall- He knows his strengths and weakness and plays with in himself on offense. Defense is stout but there are definitely plays to be made against them.
