Raiders wants to move up. Steelers already owns the 4th pick of the draft, and additionally owns 2 2nd round picks and 2 3rd round picks aside from the 3rd they're acquiring. Streater gives them a new number 1 receiver to pair in the offense with Maclin, Wheaton, and Mathews. Essentially meaning that through trading Antonio Brown the steelers turned that player into the 4th pick of this draft which allows this pick to be expendable, Connor Barwin, Rod Streater, and other picks.....Steelers have plenty of ammo to still do more cap wise and draft wise and trade wise.
