    Declined.  The first rounder has potential to be a top 10 pick with sd finishing 5-11 this past season.  That pick will not go to the Vikings for a mid 2nd rounder alone.  Yes Sd gets the advantage of picking in 2017 vs 2018, but I dont feel giving up a top 10 pick is worth the difference.

    With the 2 seconds for the first.  Still dont like it for SD to be honest, but its close enough.  Here's hoping that 1st isn't top 5.  Approved.
