Should we adjust the kicking power? Our kickers kick incredibly long Fg's with ease. Should we adjust it to make it more realistic.. We did this in another league, and it was more realistic. No longer was a Fg automatic when you got to you opponents 38 yard line. You had to have a special kicker to attempt that FG.. Also when we can punt from your own 30 to almost the other teams 20 is a bit unrealistic also... Just a thought..

We actually have it lowered to 46 already. I tested it out before season 1.
Kickoff power is HIGHER to emulate real life. Almost every kickoff is a touchback now..I feel like we're pretty identical there.
Maybe they upped it through the last patch and I'm not aware.....I'll keep an eye out.

Str8.....what the kick power set at in the other league?
We had it set to 42.. Added more realism. And forced the offense to make more difficult decisions when the drive stalls anywhere between the 35-42 yard lines.
As it is now, I don't know how many times Ive played someone and they do not hesitate to bring the FG kick team out when the drive stalls on the 38,39,40,41 yard line..

...the accuracy is very low don't forget.

Just played a game on the road, 8 mph cross wind, and made a 54, two 55, and a 56, and won the game by 1pt. These were easy i hit them all center, and the crosshairs were hidden in the stands each time (at Bengals, stands about 10yds. Deep)
In practice mode i wouldn't try this because the meter moves so fast, my power is inconsistent. whatever changes in our league that makes the meter slow and easy to max out every time?
