Skins, Giants and Lions....how come these two guys were dropped and signed instead of traded?

No idea what u are talking about, lions skins trade was an in game trade
Bu11 is right, they were done through trades in the game. Its right in the transaction logs. Which they were all draft pick trades so they had to be done as trades.
