The "appeals committee" withholds the punishment given by the commish with a 4 to 1 vote. You have been reminded plenty of times to stream, got previously suspended for it, then did not stream your last game. We looked at your Twitch profile and found that you have not even ATTEMPTED to stream in a 4 month span. The committee would've eliminated the suspension if we had even a minute of video feed showing that you were lagging and cut off the stream to aid your gameplay. The rules are very simple in regards to streaming and these rules are meant to be followed by EVERYONE.
