Great game that went into overtime. Either scored on first pos then I got a nice drive with a few passes and broke one for the win.
Offense:
Running: Did a nice job when he ran. 4.3 yards a carry. Used both middle and outside runs. Dives, strecthes. DIdnt run the QB. No wr run plays. Str line runner. Gets the ball and goes to the area, no shake and bake moves.
Passing: Likes to use his WRs the most. Will target Patterson as his top guy but will mix in Cruz for sure. Look for Deep out routes mostly to the outsides. Will also see spot routes and posts to these two guys. In the slot look for the drag or the mid slant that looks like it turns into a drag. Not much tried to the TEs and backs in this game. Threw 1 pick, but did throw into coverage a good amount tring to force it to patterson. Good pocket pres, steps up well.
Defense:
Tired mostly short zone blitzes and man blitzes. I was running a good amount and with alot of success in both outside and inside runs so thats probly why he blitzed alot. Cover 2 and cover 3 style zone blitzes used. Likes to manaully move a safety down or lb over etc, this did leave good running lanes to the open area he left. Short passes where somewhat successful to get teh ball out quick agasint the blitz. Screens also were key to expose the heavy blitz. Some bumps added in there.
Sp Teams: What ever side hes getting the ball, he will go oppt end.
